Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gripzo.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.

Returns

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as it left the Gripzo warehouse.

The returned item must be send in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive the item we will inspect it and notify you of that we have received the returned item. We will inform you ASAP of the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit in a certain amount of days depending on the speed of the refund system used.

Shipping

You will be responsible for payment of the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the costs of return shipping will be deducted of the refunded amount unless other arrangements have been approved by Gripzo in writing prior to the return.
