Locking and unlocking Gripzo's security grips is done with a security key, making it as simple as opening your front door. Store staff can adjust the grips to fit any size tablet. If customers want to experience a device, they can signal store staff to unlock a grip, allowing them to get the full feel of the device. Special XL grip sets are available for the latest XL devices. Gripzo offers two grip sets: one ranging from 7 to 11 inches and another from 11 to 13 inches.

In hypermarkets, there may be times when there aren't many visitors in the electronics department. This situation is often exploited by shoplifters. However, Gripzo grips have a certain appearance that says, "Don’t even try to steal this device." If someone does attempt to steal a tablet, it will take them a considerable amount of time.
